A. Payment Terms:
i. The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon amount for the construction project in installments as specified in the contract.
ii. The client understands that failure to make timely payments may result in a delay or halt in the construction project.
iii. Any changes or additional work requested by the client during the construction process will be subject to additional charges.
B. Documentation and Title:
i. The company will ensure proper documentation and title for the property before and upon completion of the construction project.
ii. The client understands that any legal fees or costs associated with obtaining the necessary documentation and title will be the responsibility of the client.
C. Construction Process:
i. The company will complete the construction project in accordance with the agreed-upon specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
ii. Any changes to the specifications or timelines must be agreed upon by both parties in writing.
D. Warranty:
i. The company will provide a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period. The terms of the warranty will be specified in the contract.
ii. The client must notify the company of any defects or issues covered under the warranty within the specified time frame.
E. Termination:
i. Either party may terminate the contract in the event of a material breach by the other party.
ii. Termination must be done in writing and will be subject to any applicable fees or penalties as outlined in the contract.
F. Dispute Resolution:
i. In the event of any disputes or disagreements, both parties agree to negotiate in good faith to reach a resolution.
ii. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, either party may choose to pursue legal remedies as permitted by applicable laws.
G. Privacy and Confidentiality:
i. The company agrees to handle all client information and documentation with the utmost privacy and confidentiality.
These terms and conditions are subject to change and may be modified or supplemented by any additional agreements or documents executed between the client and the company.
